In the spring semester 2014, we introduced the course “Managing Change Projects: Across Boundaries.” This course links the theoretical concepts of (organizational) change management to the proliferation of PPPs as a means to address complex societal challenges and trigger necessary changes at the individual, firm, industry, and societal levels.

As part of the course commitment, we asked the students to write a case study on interesting organizations or partnerships that embrace change beyond the organizational boundaries. Three very inspiring case projects thus developed that analyze the World Business Council for Sustainable Development (WBCSD), Nestlé's Healthy Kids Program, and the Grow Africa Partnership Platform.

In our recent course 2015, student groups develop case studies on BSR's HERProject - a global, cross-sector empowerment initiative which provides education and access programs to women working in factories and farms - and the development of ABB's anti-corruption agenda.
