Dr. Lee Mizell is an independent consultant and non-resident Senior Research Fellow at the Geneva PPP Research Center. Over the years, she has provided analytic support to public, private, and nonprofit organizations on a range of topics, focusing most recently on issues related to public governance and public investment.

Prior to her current tenure as a consultant, Dr. Mizell served as an administrator in the Public Governance and Territorial Development Directorate of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) in Paris. She holds a Ph.D. in Policy Analysis from the Pardee RAND Graduate School and a Master of Public Policy from Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government.

In one of her current projects, Dr. Mizell examines capacity for PPPs at the sub-national level of government.
