Chair of Organization & Management

The Chair of Organization and Management of the University of Geneva, headed by Gilbert Probst, builds on a strong track record of successful research and teaching projects. The Chair focuses on four main research areas: organizational growth, ambidextrous organizations, public-private partnerships, and learning organizations. In terms of teaching projects, the Chair currently offers two university courses linked to organizational change management at the Master level and a course in the Executive MBA Program.
