Recent research from the PPP Research Center appeared in the annual CORE Newsletter.
The Center for Organizational Excellence (CORE) is a research collaboration between GSEM-University of Geneva and the University of St. Gallen. Its objective is to explore how companies can achieve superior profitability in the short term while simultaneously being successful, innovative, and responsible in the long term. To this end, the CORE studies how the perceived trade-off between economic and public value creation can be overcome and how synergies between the two objectives can be obtained.
The center is headed by its directors Prof. Dr. Sebastian Raisch (Professor of Strategy, GSEM-University of Geneva) and Prof. Dr. Gilbert Probst (Professor of Organization, GSEM-University of Geneva). The center’s external collaborators from the University of St. Gallen include Prof. em. Dr. Peter Gomez and Prof. Dr. Alexander Zimmermann.
